IS YOUR PROPERTY READY FOR INSPECTION?
To help pass a lead inspection, check for peeling, chipping, cracking, or deteriorated paint—especially around windows, doors, porches, stairs, and other high-friction areas. Repair damaged surfaces properly, remove paint chips and dust, and thoroughly clean floors, windowsills, and window wells. The property should be clean, dry, and free of visible paint hazards before the inspection.
